Small Size - (Measurements in circumference) 6” to 6 6/8” / 15-17 cm Fits well on thinner wrist. With minimal to no movement, can fit more snug if you want zero movement.
Medium Size - (Measurements in circumference) 7 3/8”in / 18.7 cm will fit most adults and Average sized wrist. For a snug fit or a band with less movement on the arm this is the go to size!!!
